Pre-Registration

WHO SHOULD PRE-REGISTRATION?
Patients scheduled for outpatient testing, procedures or admission to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center.  Note: To make an appointment at a Hillcrest Clinic, please visit our Hillcrest Clinics Page, or if you need the Birth Certificate Worksheet, Click Here.


WHEN SHOULD YOU PRE-REGISTER?
To ensure the most effiecent use of your time, please complete Pre-Registration at least three business days before your scheduled check-in date.  If you are within the three-day window, please Pre-Register by phone by calling (254) 202-8572.


WHAT IF YOU DO NOT PRE-REGISTER?
Pre-Registration for healthcare services is not required, but doing so will expediate your check-in by reducing questions of you during the registration process.  Using Pre-Registration allows Hillcrest to verify your insurance coverage, determine your co-payment requirements and enter your information into the system before you arrive.


PLEASE NOTE:
Patients who pre-register will still be responsible to bring an insurance card and a drivers license or I.D. card. Upon arrival at Hillcrest, you will be required to verify pre-registration information, in addition to completing necessary forms not included in this pre-registration process.
